Overall the hotel met standard, I would stay here again. Beautifully kept and clean property, the staff is brilliant. It's found in a nice enough area, walking distance to many landmarks of San Ignacio. It's 10 minutes' drive from the airport.

We liked the hotel, it was stunningly beautiful and had ideal location just next door to museum and the jungle and the hill. The venue had affable staff who made the stay really really nice. Generally everything was perfect, nevertheless the bathroom was quite small.

To be honest I appreciated how pretty friendly the stuff is, I would stay here again Clean and silent hotel, plentiful breakfast. Well-appointed room, exceptionally comfortable bed, and good bathroom. The service was excellent. Everything great. Great restaurant onsite and fascinating views.

I appreciated the really amazing stay. Staff was brilliantly helpful, room was cozy, service was amazing. Hotel was in the hillside location. Glad that the weather was warm, so I could enjoy its lovely pool.
